Butterfly Hearts website is a project of Hearts and Hands Community Development which is an Australian approved and registered ‘Not for Profit’ Charitable organisation witch has been granted Australian Tax Deductibility approval. 

Butterfly Hearts operates within the Hearts and Hands Community Development Policy, Procedures and maintains a charity bases for operation with the addition of that set out below.

  • Member Review Rules

Butterfly Hearts encourages members to conduct and document reviews of product and service they have personally experienced, then submit that review for publication within the Service so others can benefit from their experiences. 

This service is intended to reflect members honest comments based on the members or their direct assistance experience.

 

We aim:

  • to improve the life of our members and others experiencing mobility and other issues (designated disabled or not) in positive ways. To achieve this members honest review of service or product is encouraged and will enable Butterfly Hearts to address identified issues with the supply sector providing them the opportunity to improve their service or product provision to the user.

To submit a review of service or product:

The following are rules for writing and publishing member reviews.

  • You must be a Butterfly Hearts member.

  • A presented review to be considered for publication must be an honest review of service or products our  member experienced.

  • The member review is to be 'constructive' criticism aimed at providing the reviewed service, product or business with user recommendation that would better enable that supplier or business to offer a better end user experience.

  • The review must originate from the members own experiences and documented by that member or that members direct assistant. The review must be an honest and respectful view of our members experience. It must be in written form and contain: 

    • Date & location of experience.

    • Member ID, Name & Contact.

    • Suppliers name and contact. 

    • The review is to be written in a manner that will encourage the provider to make positive changes that will  enable the end user experience to be better.

    • Plus other information as determined from time to time.

    • If accepted for publication no member identifying inform will appear on the review

    • Review will display the submitted review and the member ID only

  • The review must be written in a positive manner without aggression or emotion.

  • It should contain suggestions of how the organisation, product, service you experienced could have been better.

  • All reviews and comments received,  deemed appropriate or not will be condensed and compiled into report format  and then provided to the relevant department, authority, organisation or business. No member identification will be included in that report.

NOT accepted:

  • Review process must not be used for vindictive or hurtful purposes.

  • Hearsay or second hand comments will not be accepted.

  • Reviews or comments received from non members will not be published.

  • Any submitted review may be refused publication by the service operators.

  • Submissions and/or responses deemed as product or service advertising will not be published.

 

Right of response:

  • It is the intention of this service and the publication of member reviews to encourage positive change within the sector and all published reviews should be viewed with this in mind when considering a response. 

  • A  'business member' of the site being a recipient of a member review has the option to respond to a published review.

  • A service or business receiving a 'member review' not being a site member is not able to respond to the published review.

  • A request to have a review removed by a member service will only be considered:

if the requesting review recipient provides the service with:

 evidence the subject matter contained within the review is at error.

      Note: 'Not liking a review is not considered a reason for a published review to be removed'. 

  • The reviewed business or organisation, iff a member, may put forward a claim that the issue has  been resolved and provide Butterfly Hearts with documented evidence that the claim has been resolved.  

  • Butterfly Hearts will on receipt of evidential documentation communicate this claim to our individual  member before removal is considered.

  • A member organisation or business not being happy with a particular review will not be considered reason for its removal.

  • The service may publish appropriate responses from the reviewed service or business recipient if the response is deemed positive in nature. 

  • The service has the sole discretion to publish or not any response from review recipients. 

  • Review submission

    • The Service has absolute discretion to publish a submitted review or response or not.

    • The service accepts no responsibility for the review and accepts the views represented within the submitted review are the views of the providing member only.

    • objection by the reviewed service or product provider is not a reason the service would not publish the members review nor is any associated possible affiliation or other support given to Butterfly Hearts be a reason not to publish.

    • The reviewed product or service provider being a member of Butterfly Hearts has the right to object to a published review and factually present to the Butterfly Harts evidence showing where the published review was at error

    • The personal information of our member submitting a review will not be provided to the reviewed service or business.

    • The review in question will not be removed without consultation with the submitting member reviewer.

  • Review disclaimer

The sentiments expressed in a member review does not represent the views of the service.  

Butterfly Hearts is not responsible for the comments as appear within a member review of service or product and accepts no responsibility what so ever.

  • Member personal information

Hearts and hands Community Development and its project Butterfly Hearts regard confidentiality of members personal information paramount and policy dictates that member personal information will not be provided or used  for  any reason other than this sites operational purposes. We will never disclose that information to any other organisation other than if being directed by a court of law.

Member information will never be used for advertising targeted products or services.

We will never on-sell member information for any reason.

A member upon resining membership may request their personal identifying information be destroyed and upon such a request and verification this request is made by the member themselves will be done. The leaving member will be sent a email to the last address we have on record advising of the removal of their membership and their personal information.

 

 

  • Affiliate disclaimer

This disclosure details the affiliate relationship of Butterfly Hearts with other companies and products. Some but not all of the links on our website may be ‘affiliate links”, a link with a special tracking code that enables Butterfly Hearts to be given a small fee should the affiliate link be clicked and a subsequence purchase be made.

Butterfly Hearts will identify these links within the Service by the addition of our Affiliate logo alongside each affiliate link.

This is done to enable the user the option of using that link and in doing support the efforts of Butterfly Hearts.

This site reflects members honest comments and/or reviews. We need members with mobility issues and other issues as well as their direct Carers/Helpers to provide us with considered and honest comment/review of services or products the member has experienced.

We do not accept hearsay or second hand comments, vindictive comment or review will not be accepted.

Therefore, members honest review of service or product will help the supply sector to improve their service and /or product provision to the user.

To submit a review of service or product

  • you must be a Butterfly Hearts member.

  • The submitted review must be yours or your support person appraisal of service or product.

  • The review is to be written in a manner to encourage the provider to make positive changes

  • All reviews and comments deemed appropriate will be compiled into report form and provided to the relevant department, authority, organisation or business. 

Becoming a Butterfly Hearts Member

For a small subscription membership fee you get access to:

  • our general access site

  • our members only sections

  • ability to help others by providing your review and comments of services or products  

  • partake in a positive way to making the lives of others in our community better.

  • Member discounts on selected Items: we are working to obtain discounts for members on appropriate items and activities.

    • When you see the Butterfly Hearts logo alongside a displayed business it identifies we  have negotiated with that business and obtained the discount within that logo for our members.

  • This discount negotiated for member is only obtainable by completing a booking/purchase and identifying yourself as a Butterfly Hearts member and providing the chosen business with you membership ID number.

  • Butterfly Hearts receives no financial reward or benefit for offering this service.

  • Membership  Fee Structure

Individual Member: Membership paid monthly or paid on a yearly basis

Available use; (public site and member pages access plus member discounts, ability to submit member reviews use of member Forum and input into Butterfly Hearts Service and Product improvement programme, input into site direction and inclusions.)

Agencies or Businesses:  paid yearly

Available use; (public site and all member pages access excluding access to member discounts) additionally, agencies or business members can have their business web-Link and contact information listed on a business supporters page within our site, contact us for details.

General site user: (access all public pages - excludes access to member pages or member discounts) able to view only Member Reviews, make tax deductible donation to support this site and our efforts in encouraging the 'Can Do' attitude and 'All people friendly' cause we are committed to
